Day 4: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Characters Introduced:

• Dave Conlon (Tomas Arana): The main McLennen-Forster suit who will do anything to protect the company. Anything means murder and man-made disaster.

Returning Characters:

• Michelle Dessler (Last episode of season 3)

Key Moments:

• Edgar figures out that Marwan worked at McLennen-Forster. Jack sends Curtis back to CTU and leaves Castle to search for Marwan; he will head to McLennen-Forster. Paul randomly volunteers to go with Jack because he built the system McLennen-Forster uses. Wait … what?
• Driscoll is not responding well to doing her job after the suicide of her mentally challenged daughter.
• After Tony updates Driscoll and Heller, Driscoll passes out. Heller sends her to medical and tells Tony that they will have to replace her. Tony steps up and offers himself as an interim director. Heller agrees but says they will still need a more permanent replacement.
• The McLennen-Forster suits scramble to cover their ass.
• Jack and Paul arrive and are immediately delayed by the first suit that greets them. Jack uses his stern voice and gets them lead to the head of the company.
• Heller comforts and fires Driscoll.
• Jack and Paul are brought to Marwan’s workstation. Paul gets to work and they find out that files have been deleted today, so someone other than Marwan is removing the evidence. The suits are watching and discuss using an EMP bomb as a last ditch option.
• Driscoll transitions her office to Tony and proceeds to take the long walk out of CTU. Tony addresses the troops, pats Edgar on the back, and asserts his authority over Curtis but then tells him that he will be gone once the crisis is over.
• Marwan meets with another one of his men and we hear about a plan involving an Air Force base.
• Paul is getting close to something so the suits set the EMP bomb to go off in 10 minutes.
• CTU loses contact with McLennen-Forster. Tony uses instant messaging (Seriously? Was it ICQ?) to contact Jack. Jack tells Paul to print what he has found and he discovers the EMP. Tony sends him the location of the EMP and Jack takes off. Paul runs away from one of the suits. Jack mauls through 3 guards to reach the EMP. He bangs on the computer and pulls on the bomb and even throws in a scream but no luck. The whole area goes dark. Paul is caught.
• Michelle Dessler walks into CTU.

Ridiculousness:

• Edgar should have talked shit to Driscoll the whole time she was walking out. Why does she get to go home in the middle of a crisis and he can’t try and save his mom? You suck Erin Driscoll and good riddance.
