Characters Introduced:

• Robert Morrison (Keith Szarabajka): Marwan’s guy in charge of building the nuclear missile and launching it.
• Nabilla Al-Jamil (Lina Patel): Angry girlfriend of a terrorist who rats to CTU. That will learn his ass.

Returning Characters:

• David Palmer (Last episode of season 3)

Key Moments:

• Prado is somehow already inside CTU medical. Did Jack bring him back after getting the info? Audrey gives him shit and says there will be consequences; she should know that Jack is always ready for the consequences of his actions.
• Logan is still waffling and asking for more time. Mike calls Bill and is disturbed to hear that they took action without presidential signoff. He does agree to try to get Logan permission postdated. Bill questions if Logan can do the job.
• After updating Marwan on his timeline, Morrison overhears one of his techs arguing with his girlfriend.
• Audrey takes her whine to Morrison this time. And because Morrison came out the chute awesome he just yells right back at Audrey and says he and Jack can live with the consequences if they catch Marwan.
• Mike tells Logan what Jack did. Logan reacts like Logan and wants Jack arrested. NOW NOW NOW! He puts Secret Service on it.
• Mike warns Bill.
• Jack and Curtis are onsite outside of the nightclub that Marwan is in. Jack takes out a remote control toy to do some recon. He heads out to the club.
• Nabilla calls CTU after finding warhead tech on her boyfriend’s hard drive.
• Jack tells Curtis and Bill to stall his arrest until they finish the recon.
• Marwan records a speech to the American people. I’m sure it will be a season’s greeting.
• Secret Service arrives at the CTU staging area. They demand that Jack be swapped out or they will go inside and arrest him. Castle tries to get to Jack but is spotted immediately because he is not Jack Bauer. Jack spots Marwan leaving the building. Jack calls CTU in. Marwan heads to the sewers. Jack kills the last man buts spots explosives that go off covering Marwan’s exit. Jack is arrested.
• Curtis finds the recording that Marwan made.
• Bill informs the President that the Secret Service botched the mission. Mike jumps in and tells Logan that he screwed up the situation. Logan admits he is over his head and wants to resign. Mike has another idea and wants to bring in an advisor.
• That advisor will be David Palmer. He wants to meet Logan face to face before agreeing to anything.
• Jack is released and says screw it and takes the team back to CTU.
• Morrison tells Marwan about Nabilla and says that he is handling it.
• Chloe confirms that Nabilla is a real lead and a team needs to go to the house to collect the data. Bill gives Chloe the job and she freaks out and walks away. Bill reiterates that Chloe is going.
• Chloe is shitting a brick on her way to the house and takes her nerves out on Edgar. He takes it and calms her down. Chloe and 2 agents reach the house and she gets to work. Before she can get anything done, the 2 agents are killed. Chloe and Nabilla run and hide in the laundry room. She calls CTU for help before escaping through the window and run to the bulletproof car. The thug fires many bullets in to the windshield then switches to ramming the car. Eventually Jack gets Chloe the code to locked weapons in the car. Chloe takes the assault rifle and proceeds to kill her first man.
