Inglorious Bas ... not yet
For some reason, I can't write a review for Inglorious Basterds. This sucks. I never reviewed The Dark Knight last year and now I have a weak-ass half-written Tarantino review that I can't stand looking at. This needs to be rectified.

Vacation Over
Well, I had to make a decision. Either I was going to get off my ass and review movies again or I was going to call this a failed experiment. The first third of a year is always so bad that I had no excitement for movies whatsoever. On the other hand, I couldn't be more excited for Iron Man, Indiana Jones, and Batman this summer. So, now I have to get everything back up and running by the end of April.
Sans weekly television reviews. That was a mistake. I may do a seasonal wrap-up but the weekly shit really beat me up.
And away we go.

Screw You Barone
I suck at this. Instead of banging my head against the wall trying to finish the half-written Die Hard, Harry Potter, and Bourne reviews, I am just going to go straight to the current stuff. Hopefully by this time next week I'll have my shit together.
No promises.
No promises.

Barone in Front of the Television 2006-2007
Finally the television season is coming to a close. Although I am glad to no longer be a prisoner to the television schedule, I do want to indulge in my habit of listing shit. The problem is that The Shield and The Sopranos have not ended yet, so I am going to screw around before I start the countdown. There will be 15 shows that I watched and feel like reviewing. The time frame is any show that began in June of 2006 and will end by June 2007. I will explain the shows that I am leaving out as I go along. In order to kill time, I am going to start off with the 5 new shows that did not survive their first seasons but I still watched nearly every episode.

Summer of Sequels
So I was planning to make this post weeks ago but then Spider-Man 3 was such a disappointment that I lost interest. Still I will soldier on even if it is a bit late. The plan for the rest of this summer is before I review the new movie is that I will review the rest of the series just to get an idea of the whole franchise. And yes the true reason for this is that I want to review Die Hard when the time comes so I have crafted an entire bullshit excuse about reviewing all these movies. But hey, a deal I make with myself is as valid as a deal I make with anyone else.
Off we go...
Off we go...

More Quentin Tarantino
Well the David Fincher examination was fun so seeing as Grindhouse just happened why don't we move on to my favorite director of all-time Quentin Tarantino. Don't need much preamble this time but I will say that I will be skipping Four Rooms because I don't remember the damn thing and I don't care to track it down and watch it again. So here is the schedule of events:
- Reservoir Dogs
- Pulp Fiction
- Jackie Brown
- Kill Bill v. 1
- Kill Bill v. 1
- Grindhouse (Death Proof)

More David Fincher
It is time for my first foray outside of 2007 reviews. With the brilliance of Zodiac fresh on the brain, I have decided to go ahead and review his filmography in chronological order. Just to clarify, meaning I won't be reviewing his music video work, it will be:
- Alien3
- Se7en
- The Game
- Fight Club
- Panic Room
- Zodiac (done)
Let's get a move on.

The Rules of the Game
Movies will be reviewed by me. These reviews are for educational and research purposes only. Things will start with theater releases but I will probably venture into older stuff and maybe even television. At the end I will give you a number from 1-10, I do hope you can figure out the scale.

First Things First
I have decided to take a foolish leap into this brave new world. The main reason for this is because reviewing 65 movies all at once has become a form of personal torture. So, I think I will try to do this one at a time and save myself the grief. Plus if I am going to do this consistently I might as well find a home for my words. This shall be that home.
