Key Moments:

• Jack’s orders from Andre are to go meet David, unfreeze the Drazen money, then kill Palmer.
• On his way to Palmer, Jack calls Mason to give him the update but he does not explaining what he is doing. Mason is not stupid so he knows what the Drazens want and he warns Palmer’s people about Jack.
• Victor and Andre are able to have a family reunion with Alexis until he immediately dies in front of them. Victor stops Andre from killing Kim because she will be needed to manipulate Jack.
• After the pimping of Patty bullshit is concluded, David confronts Sherry. Sherry responds without apologizing and just tells David that he needs her to protect him.
• Jack is able to convince David to meet him since he is Jack Bauer and you trust Jack Bauer when he gives his word. David says the money is gone and the Drazens would know this. He still takes the phone call, but when Victor stops speaking Jack realizes that it was a trap. He grabs the phone and throws it away from Palmer. Half of the magical hotel suite blows up.
• After saving Palmer’s life, Jack asks to withhold his survival until Jack can rescue Kim. David agrees but Sherry flips out … again.
• When Andre calls to confirm the deaths, Jack offers him a new deal. He will surrender to the Drazens in exchange for Kim.
• Jack calls Nina but wants no help; he does get to have a nice conversation with Teri where he finds out she is pregnant and they love each other. Sucks that he is going on a suicide mission.
• Kim uses the ubiquitous hot coffee pot to splash the guard and make her escape. She dives into the ocean and swims away from Drazen’s men.
• Andre receives a call from his source, Yelena, inside CTU. The camera pulls back and Yelena is revealed as Nina. What the fuck!?!?!?!

Ridiculousness:

• The pimping of Patty happens again this hour and leads to David firing her, not the sex that she and Sherry were looking for.
