Key Moments:

• Jack’s arrival at CTU leads to Green immediately arresting him. He is still a suspect?! The rest of the hour is spent with Jack being questioned and recapping the season so far.
• Kim and Teri are taken to a hospital where Teri gets her rape pains check out. They prove to be a burst cyst and she may or may not be pregnant.
• David tells Keith about the fire and Keith reacts the only way he know how with anger. Now he is pissed because David will not act after spending the first half of the day pissed that he was taking action.
• Kevin Carroll escaped from the Gaines’ compound and attempts to regroup. Alexis Drazen blows his men up then walks up and shoots Kevin at point blank range.
• Mike explains who Jack Bauer is to David. David thinks Jack wants him dead because of Operation Nightfall.
• Elizabeth, a Palmer aide, is screwing Alexis Drazen in the same hotel that Palmer is working in.
• While at the hospital protecting the Bauer women, Nina notices a suspicious man within the hospital who leaves no fingerprints. She immediately moves the women to a CTU safe house.
• Palmer arrives at CTU to confront Jack.

Ridiculousness:

• Sherry’s horror over Carl threatening to implicate Keith in the fire; she is quickly moving into her villain form now that someone dares to act the way she would.
• The recording gear used for Jack’s debrief is so old school it looks like they purposely went retro.

• While in custody, Jack eats some sort of microwave dinner. I assume this is some sort of editing mistake and that was actually Kiefer eating on set because Jack Bauer no longer needs food to survive.
